Every Body Dance

Service Description

Every Body Dance is a class to become more curious, open, accepting, and loving of ourselves. When we dance, we feel the range of what it means to be alive. We connect to our body in an organic and supportive way. We are inspired by what is here and now. We feel the freedom of movement without comparison, agenda, or judgment. The class will include guided meditative movements, gradually increasing in space and time into self-guided expressions of movement. There is no prior experience with dance or structured movement necessary, only open minds, and willingness to embrace our inner-child that loves to dance! Please dress in loose comfortable clothes that allow for movement. Format: Hybrid of in-person & Zoom meeting (A link will be provided when you book) Location: The Puzzle Box 3360 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60618 Dates: December 2020 Friday, December 11th, 6 PM-7:30 PM
