Our Resilience Training services help you find a community of people with the same intention of building resiliency as a life practice rather than as an afterthought. You do not need to be flexible, a certain body type, or have any previous experience in our activities. Our trauma-informed facilitators will meet you where you're at. Our offerings include but are not limited to vinyasa yoga & self-defense classes, and special events such as, dance classes, rock climbing, and more.
Vinyasa yoga (commonly known as "flow" yoga) is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. Our trauma-informed instructors will meet you where you're at and provide guidance to empower you through any intention you set for your practice, whether it be to build flexibility or try a new pose.
