RESILIENCE TRAINING
A culture of empowerment begins with the people you surround yourself with. And why not learn something new and challenging while you’re at it! Our Resilience Training services help you find a community of people with the same intention of building resiliency as a life practice rather than as an afterthought. You do not need to be flexible, a certain body type, or have any previous experience in our activities. Our trauma-informed facilitators will meet you where you're at. Our offerings include but are not limited to vinyasa yoga & self-defense classes, and special events such as, dance classes, rock climbing, and more.
