Our wellness services help develop the practice of self-care in a way that resonates with your personal healing journey. You do not need to be flexible, a certain body type, or have any previous experience in our activities. Our trauma-informed facilitators will meet you where you're at.

This trauma-informed, inclusive yoga workshop is designed for every person. You do not need to be flexible, a certain body type, or need yoga experience! If you can breathe, you can do yoga. This will be a group practice that focuses on the individual's personal healing journey, empowering each person to make choices that work best for them. Participants can expect to engage in breathing & mindfulness practices, journaling, and be guided through a series of physical yoga postures and sound meditation.
