Service Description

Let us reclaim our bodies. Let us reclaim our space. Let us reclaim our power by exploring and embracing our sensuality. This is a movement-based workshop that centers around stepping into our own power through our sensuality. This workshop is open to all. Come as you are. Whatever level, body, or headspace that you're in, we all have a goal to cultivate and find more clarity and confidence in expressing your sensuality that is authentic and true for you. We want you to take up space. We want you to feel good in your own body. We want you to feel free! We will begin with grounding exercises to connect with your body and to set our intentions. Throughout this workshop, you will be introduced to various exercises and movements that will help you explore your sensuality (i.e. walking, floor exercises, etc.). Again, whatever level you are at is perfect even if you've never taken a dance class before! Make sure to have knee pads! Format: Zoom meeting.
